Direct Train Services from Hisar to Chandigarh and Gurugram Begin

The new train services from Hisar to Chandigarh and Gurugram started on May 18. A formal inauguration event was held at Hisar Railway Station at 1:30 PM, after which the train departed at 2:00 PM. | Haryana News

Under this service:

  • The Chandigarh-bound train will depart from Raipur Station (Hisar).

  • The Gurugram-bound train will leave from Satrod Station.

Previously, reaching Chandigarh or Gurugram required multiple transfers or long-distance bus travel, resulting in more time and cost. Locals had been demanding a direct train for a long time, and their request has now been fulfilled.
